Arlo pro. Can't get past add device screen

I have a new Arlo pro that set up just fine and worked great for about 4 days. Now although cameras seem to sync all I can get on the screen when I press device is an add device screen. Rebooted app, reset base, removed battery. Nothing seems to work. Help.

Go to setting... go to camera, use REMOVE DEVICE.

Power button reboot the base, now try and bring it back as new

No luck with that approach, can't even get to a remove device screen.  unplugged router, resert router, removed batteries, let it sit about an hour, synced cameras, rebooted app on my iphone, but nothing comes up when I hit devices except add device.  Settings and calender icons seem to work fine.  Is there some way to strip it all down and start as though it was a new device just out of the box?

WHat are the LEDs on the base showing?  Should be 3 green ones.

All 3 green lights are on after what appears to be a successful syncing.  Perhaps the problen is with my iphone.  Is there a way to wipe out the account and start over from scratch with both the app as well as the hardware?  I have tried rebooting app and that does not work.

If you really want to do this you'd need to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and create a new account using a different email address. Then use the New System Setup and truly install as new. I don't know that this would help anything since the iOS app is having lots of issues.

Went through the removal process for the devices  but the app is semi-locked and I can't do more.  Is there a help line where I can speak with a person?  If I can get Arlo to delete my account at their end I might be able to start over.  Willing to try anything as all I have now is a $500 paperweight.  The shame of it is it worked so well for 4 days and then went off the rails.

Use a browser - it may well be easier.  A reinstall of the app may help, too.
