Arlo pro 4030 cannot connect camera

I have follow all the instructions step by step for the setup however the camera cannot be connected to the base station.

All i can say is to pull out the battery pack and reset the camera.then replace.... DO NOT hold the base sync button , only a quick press ( most common issue is holding to long ) and attempt to try again.

 

If still unsuccussful a call to Netgear Support couldn't hurt
