Arlo pro 2 with cvr and arlo pro issues

Hey guys. I have one arlo pro 2 camera with cvr subscription and 3 arlo pros.

Today my pro 2 was constantly picking up motion from the tree in my front yard due to high winds. So I figured I would turn it off to stop the constant notifications.

Since turning it off, my other cameras do not pick anything up. I had my kid do a dance in front of one of the pros and no notifications or anything in the library. They are set to pick up motion and notify me.

Once the pro 2 is turned back on all works normally. Turn pro 2 off again and no recording of motion etc


Is this normal or is there a setting I have messed up?

How did you turn it off? If you used the On/Off slider in the camera settings, I have no idea how that would affect the others. I do that on a regular basis with no issues but then I don't have CVR on any of them.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I turn the camera off with the slider. After some troubleshooting this happens because I am on a custom mode. If I set it to arm and turn the pro 2 off the others record normally.

That's odd. Recreate you custom mode with the same settings and try that new mode.
