Arlo pro 1 when plugged out it goes offline

It’s been months since it was right

Yesterday finally my Arlo pro camera synced in since ages, and when I plugged it out of the charger after syncing, it goes offline immediately.

Then when I plug it in it re sync then it work I tried to let it for hours hoping it just low battery but when I plug it out after hours it goes offline,

I have 3 cams and they all have the same problem I tried to swap batteries and it didn’t work,

I tried to reset the base station a lot even I unplugged it for completely 3 days and it didn’t help.

Hope you got the solution and if there’s something not clear I am ready to answer it.

I'm not sure why plugging the camera in causes it to go offline. Have you tried it with no battery installed? The batteries may well be dead - try this:
