When you change your Internet supplier, your whole network needs an update.
You need to restart everything in the right order so that it detects the right settings. This means turning everything off then rebooting the network. Modem first, then router, then, after they get their Internet connection, the rest of the network.
You may have to reset the Arlo hub/base station to get it to forget its misspent youth with your old Internet connection.
