Does your account show "Library" in the menu? Or does it show "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?
What does the other users account show?
All the accounts need to match (either all showing Feed, or all showing Library). We can give you info on how to migrate from Library to Feed. (There is no way to migrate back).

It shows library! How do I see that for other users? They can’t even connect to the hub anymore. When I try doing two phones simultaneously the one won’t connect so it’s only working for one I used to have three others access the cameras now I can only do one which is me.

They can tell just by logging in.

Then you need to migrate your account to "Feed" in order for them to see the cameras. You do that by going into "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s camera. Since you don't have that camera, you can't finish the install. But the workflow will migrate your account to "Feed" before you get stuck.
Unfortunately, there is no way to migrate back to "Library", and there are some problems with "Feed".
One is that there are no custom modes. There are three built-in ones (Armed Home, Armed Away, Standby), but there is no way to add any more. You can edit all three, so if you only need one custom mode you would be ok.
Another issue is that the combination of geofencing+scheduling doesn't work completely right (and it is very difficult to set up).

Awesome I was able to change my account. I will try again to connect the others to the camera when home! Thanks so much
