Pro 2 base/nest pro

Recently upgrade to Nest Pro Mesh WiFi.   Can't get base to connect now. 

I've got the Arlo Ethernet cord directly into Nest Pro extender.  

I've reset Arlo base and still doesn't find the base when it searches for devices.  

Any insight for me?

Do you happen to have any other devices you can connect to the ethernet port of the extender to see if it's receiving an internet connection?
