Arlo camera reports device is offline but sending notifications

The arlo app is reporting that a device is offline ( see image). But I can get notifications. The problem is that I cannot live stream from these camera. I have 2 such cameras. The firmware is all updated to 1.2.21616

Restart your base. Log out and back in. Try both the app and a browser.
