Base Station vmb4000 firmware: Cannot obtain since it says it's OFFLINE
Device type showing offline - Arlo Pro
Internet: fiber 100/10
Exact error message: Arlo device is offline...
The application used - Android
I have 3 green LED on basestation, perfectly working internet, tried to unplugg and restart both basestation and router with no luck.
Read about firmware issue from May 2018 so seam to be a common problem.
Installed my system 2 months ago and has worked without any problems until now when it did go offline this morning.
Whats the problem and how can i solve it?
Shall i clame it in the store or is there a solution?

PITA but the fastest possible solution is to reset and start fresh. I don't know why you have the problem but this may well fix it:
Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Press the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. When the base reboots, use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras (make sure the batteries are charged sufficiently). Update firmware if requested as you go.
That should clear out any weirdnesses.

Try logging out and back in. Use both the app and a browser - any difference?
