It’s connected to the internet but will not show as active from the app. The green lights are on but app shows not connected.. it’s on a hard wire. Please help.

3 green LEDs? If so, try rebooting the base as well as your phone. You may want to reinstall the app. ALso try the web client to see if that's different (my.arlo.com).
