I was offered a Arlo Pro base station but was told they can't log into the account because they lost the pass-code ! If I was to buy the base station can it be reset so I can use it ? I asked if they tried the reset button and was told they did ! So anyway if nothing can be done I will not buy ! They had a very good price on it because of the lost passcode ! Is there anything I can do alleviate this issue ! Thanks for the help !

You can NOT use the base untill the unit has the previous primary account deleted.
Only the primary owner or Netgear can clear the account
Morse is faster than texting!
