Arlo base station #VMB4000, third light amber (camera) failed to add it. It's been more than 3 months, couldn't discover the base, i tried all the resets way ,any recommendation please? Thank you

The base LEDs should show green, green, green.

 

 If the third led shows constant Amber then the Base has not been claimed by an account.

 

Make sure that the base station device has been removed from your account before trying to add it back again.

 

Try using a pc web browser connected to the local network router by Ethernet to add the device. Login to the arlo website my.arlo.com.

I tried this method without success unfortunately. The third light shows always amber. Don't know what to do.

When the Camera LED is solid amber, you must claim the base as if new. Until you do that nothing is going to work.

I am not able to discover the base .

I've had a case like this that a different base solved. It could just be a faulty base like mine.
