First off let me say that consumer assistance is extremely POOR!!

I installed a AVD1001 doorbell camera in January. Recently I had to replace my transformer. Since then my indoor chimes stopped chiming. The camera functions and calls my phone when pushed. If I cross the two wires on back of the Arlo, the inside chimes will ring. 

Anyone have any thoughts??

No idea what exactly happened, but you might need to

• remove the  doorbell from your account
• do a factory reset
• re-add it, making sure the traditional chime options are properly configured.
