Arlo base station VMB4000 stopped detecting Arlo Pro Cameras

Hi,

All of a sudden my Base station VMB4000  stopped recognising Arlo Pro camera and Arlo APP shows Base station Offline. Internet is available at base station. And base station all three LED's are showing steady GREEN.

 

Could any one suggest how to access camera video. Is there a possibility to access Camera video directly from Camera

If the base station is showing offline in the app but all the LEDs are green, you may need to try factory resetting the base station and then setting it up as if it were new. See here: https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-to-the-default-values
