Since April 2023, my base station will be connected to the internet with 3 green lights showing but my cameras will still be showing offline. Then from the 01/07/23 . The base station stopped connecting to the internet. Please need help on what to do.
Secondly , if the end of life warranty id the problem, will paying for a monthly subscription reactive you cameras and base station or are we just meant to chuck the whole system??

FWIW, this is not because of the EoL.
What is the current LED status for the base? Have you tried power-cycling it?

The system is supposed to work just as it did before. Security updates should still be pushed (if needed) for the next twelve months.
So no need for a subscription, unless of course you want the extra features and longer retention.

First, check to make sure the batteries are fully charged. If you're still experiencing the same behavior, try removing and resyncing a camera and test to see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for the response James, however I wired my cameras in such a way that the it’s constantly connected to the USB charge. So it’s not a power issue
