Hi, my Arlo App is asking me to re-sign after a few years and after i do this it says it doesn't recognize this device and a push notification has been sent but i never receive a push notification so i cant get into my arlo app and see what alerts are showing on my camera. any help would be much appreciated.

What do you mean by "re-sign"???

I had this recently and found that you will not get the 2fa push request to the primary device unless the arlo app on that device is logged in and running in the background.

 

 I had to use the “use another method” email option to register the device again to login on the primary device.
