I recently got a new cell phone. However, when I signed into Arlo app on new phone it says my camera seems to be offline... My modem is working & connected Camera is functioning fine but initial device screen still shows it as "offline". Even after unplugging then plugging back in... How can I resolve this issue?

Watch the cameras throughout the day today and see if the behavior changes. Let me know tomorrow if the behavior you were seeing is resolved.
