I'm tired to find a right way, I tried everything, but my app still don't want to find my base.
LED's are Green, Base have a good connection to my router ( I see VMB3000 in router web interface)
What I did-
1- reset.
2- tried to connect via Laptop.
3-tried to connect my laptop directly to router via cable.
4-tried to reset my router.
Any idea's?

Try to contact Arlo support maybe your base is still registered under the previous owner's account.

Was this base station ever used on a different account by you or another user? If so, as suggested above, you may need to contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate the issue.
