My arlo app on my iPhone 8 locks up on the opening white screen after I upgrade iOS to 15.0.  When I tried to open the app,  after asking for allowing notifications, it got stuck on the white screen.

I removed the ap and redownloaded it.  Same problem

Ok I finally got it to work after going back and forth between removing, reinstalling and rebooting.  Thanks.

Hi watsonlv,

 

Try uninstalling the Arlo app again, reboot your iPhone 8 and then reinstall the Arlo app again and see if that helps. Also see if you see any difference when trying on cellular data or on WiFi.

I uninstalled the Arlo App.  I rebooted my iphone 8.  I reinstalled the Arlo App.  Still freezes on the white arlo screen.  I turned off the cellular data (wifi only).  Same issue.  I turned on cellular data and turned off my wifi.  Same issue.
