Arlo app notifcations on loud, all other apps on silent - (night time)

I've recently got Arlo Pro camera, which is great especially with the notification zones - preventing unnecessary notifications

I keep my phone on silent to mute apps over night however I cannot find a way to keep Arlo on loud, so I am notified during sleep if there are any intruders.

I wondered if there was a way to mute all apps bar Arlo to achieve this.

Having looked at google pixel 3 troubleshooting I could not find the answer
