Arlo Works but Other Devices/Computers Don't

So I bought the wireless Pro yesterday.  Set it up and it ran beautifully for about an hour.  The base station is plugged into the router.  The router is also plugged into 2 desktop computers and some wireless devices.  After an hour, the Arlo continued to work but my other devices - the computers and wireless - stopped working.  I re-booted everything today and the same result.  One hour of the Arlo + other devices happily working and then the other devices lost contact.  Any ideas on how to remedy this?  Thanks!

Somewhat similar posts have occurred over the years but nothing definitive since it only happens once in a blue moon. It seems odd that the base would cause a problem but anything is possible. WHen you say you rebooted everythinng did that include the modem and router, too?
