Recently my base station went offline for no apparent reason. I tried all of the troublshooting steps but couln't get things fixed. The power and the camera lights were green and the internet one was not lit up. I tried the factory reset and all that did was change the camera light to amber.
I am connected directly to my router and have tried multiple ethernet cables. Any suggestions?

The reset procedure needs you to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. I would also press and hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Once the base has rebooted, claim it normally. Sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted.
