Arlo System Seems Slower After Trial period

Hello, 

NOw that our one month of free trial is over, and we chose the Arlo Smart Preimer Paln, our cameras are more likely to not be triggered and phone notifications tend to be quite slow. Are there any fixes to these issues? Are these common problems?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Have you rebooted your base station?
