I have the arlo smart elite plan and when the new features started it told we were now allowed to have 20 cameras...... However, my plan still only says 15 supported and 15 connected? Is there something I need to do or can I just automatically add my 5 more cameras? It tells me when I go to plans that now 20 cameras are supported but when you go to my plan it still only says 15

Hey @Stephanie7048,

 

Your Arlo Smart Elite Plan should support up to 20 cameras. Could you provide a screenshot where your plan shows it only supports 15 cameras?
