On my app, it says that my Arlo cameras are off-line, but they still show active on my wife’s camera app. I’ve reset my app and logged out then logged back in. I received a whole bunch of notifications of motion, but nothing is recorded. What can I do to fix this?

Not recording and shows “offline”. But sends alerts.

Have you tried power cycling the base station?

Can you please watch the cameras throughout the day today and see if the behavior has changed.
