There was an update about 2 weeks ago for the #arlosecure app. Ever since then my cameras send a movement alert to my phone. If I click on the alert, the camera doesn’t open and I can’t see what is happening. Videos aren’t recording either. I have reset the base and the cameras multiple times, but nothing helps. I also deleted and reinstalled the app. Does anyone have any suggestions

Try removing one camera from your account and re-sync it. Any better?
