I have 2 Arlo Pro Cams from 2018.  All of a sudden, they are not receiving a charge.  When plugged in, the charging lightning bolt icon is RED.  Have tried removing and reinstalling the battery, blowing out dust from ports and charging cable.  Even tried removing and reinstalling cam on app. Any ideas?  Thanks

Did you let them fully discharge?
