Arlo Pro won't detect base station

Wonder if anyone got bright ideas. First time in a long time at our home (not US) and brought to it a previously installed Arlo Pro system from sold house. Arlo iOS app cannot detect the base station. In the end I delete the base station and press reset button to start again. Now the app can’t find the base station. I have booted/rebooted/checked cables/plug to router first/etc etc. Now stumped. Any suggestions appreciated.

Can you clarify the situation further, did you purchase the arlo equipment and moved it to a new house?
If not then you need to have the previous owner remove the equipment from their arlo account before you can claim it to your account.
What are the LEDs showing on the base station?
