Then sync button on the top is stuck for some reason and now I can’t sync my camera after full charging. I can’t get to button either because the casing is secured by extremely small screws as if they don’t want us to get inside. Is there any way to get to speak with Arlo directly even if I’m outside the warranty period? Thanks!

You need to have a subscription plan to contact arlo support outside of the warranty period.
If you do contact support they may offer a discount on a replacement unit as it could be a mechanical legacy problem.
