I have a Arlo pro with 4 cameras. The base and cameras have been in the same spot for more than a year. About a week ago the app started saying "This Arlo device is offline. Please make sure it is connected to the internet." I've tried removing all cameras and adding them back... I've tried removing the base and adding it back... Still the same error message. Has anyone else had this issue? Side note... I took my cameras to a friend's house and they stayed connected with no issues for a week.

That sounds like a network problem. If the router is owned by the ISP, maybe contacting them would get a config change. There's really no other reason for this to happen other than something about your home network or ISP.
