Hi everyone, My Arlo Pro recently is requiring us to login in order to view the footages. We were able to see the footages immediately by clicking on the notifications, but from our both mobile phones now needs us to login. This just wastes at least 5 seconds which is not ideal if you are expecting a postman at your door. Does anyone know how can I get rid of the login page that I am taken to at each viewing?

Are you both using the same user name and password on your phones?

Hi Steve,

Yes, we have only had one username and password. It’s already saved on both mobiles, but still takes a few seconds to log in. We were not being taken to a login page before, but this just happened after we were connected to internet after an internet outage for 20 days.

Are you using fingerprint authentication?  If so, turn that off.
