Arlo Pro Camera falls from magnetic mount and the body has cracked

I am living in Singapore. Only the back cover of the battery compartment has cracked. Is there anyway to get a new back cover from Singapore Arlo distributor? Thank you.

You can try opening a case with support here to see if repair or parts replacement capability exists but I doubt it does. I would try using some model glue (for assembling model car kits) to try to hold the case together followed by a clear silicone sealant to seal the crack.

IMO if the cam was physically dislodged then you should be responsible. If it simply fell I think you should agressively pursue this with NG as a product failure. Be agressive IMO.

Thank you for your respond. Actually it fell off when the curtain brush on it. I am not really sure it is still my own fault or it is the magnetic is too weak to hold on to the webcam. What do you think? Should I proceed to request for the replacement?

I find the magnet to be quite strong (irritatingly so sometimes). A curtain "brushing" it shouldn't have caused it to fall unless the camera somehow wasn't properly seated on the mount.
