I have had my Arlo Pro for a little over a year and not all of a sudden both my rechargeable batteries won’t charge. The outside temp is chilly but not below 32degrees. I have tried to reset, and followed instructions on your site to troubleshoot the problem but it didn’t work. Please help!!

32F is not hard and fast. I have a camera that stops above freezing and won't recover till about 40F. Bring them inside for a few minutes and let them warm up to see if that helps.
