Arlo Pro only works when connected to AC power

I can only get one of my cameras to work when connected to AC power. My battery just died and I charged it up but for some reason the camera is not responding when the battery is inserted. I put the battery in all my other cameras and it works.

Have you tried using other batteries that were in your other Arlo cameras to see if that works with your Arlo Pro?

I actually did try using the other batteries and it did not work. The strange part is that I charged the battery by plugging it in and it worked that way after, but it strangely only works in the one camera.

Does it show any LED lights or error message when trying to use your camera not connected to the AC power?
