Arlo Pro not picking up motion ever since update of Arlo app

Not sure what is going on, ever since the "update" my cameras will not pick up motion unless you are within a few feet of cameras.  It was suggested that I need to upgrade!  I may upgrade, but it will be to a different product, not Arlo.

Need to upgrade.. that’s what you say when you have no clue for an answer. .
I’ve always had issues with cameras. The will detect a car driving by and only when a person is 95% out of view do I get a recording. Thinking on same upgrade, to a different product.
