I have had the Arlo pro connected for 4 days now, when it works its great, but keyword is WHEN.   I have had to reset it so that library would update, and also have had to reset it simply for the cameras to start detecting motion again when im testing it.  It is not a MODE issue....it is a constant need to reset base station issue to solve both these issues.  Am I missing something or is this system too unreliable to keep and should I just disconnect it and toss it back on best buy's counter?  I did not buy 4 camera system to need to constantly reset it to have it working again.  HELP

Is it dropping the connection because the camera is too far from the base?

No sir, and that is possibly my biggest gripe, my furthest camera is about 38 feet away from the base station..... all four will work perfect after a reset...but 8 hours later I will get push alerts on ios but zero videos in library. Live video ALWAYS works as does 2 way sound. Ughhhh!!! Help!!!

I have the same issue with my furthest camera being 30 feet away max. All 5 cameras have full signal strength. Sometimes I get notifications with no video and it won't even show me the option for clip record length. Not sure what's going on here.

What firmware version is your camera and base station running? This could be a symptom of old firmware.
