Since the lastest app update version 6.42.0 I have not been able to charge the batteries on the cameras. I have a total of 5 camera's and batterie.  When I plug in the supplied charger and cable, the LED blinks amber orange 3 times and on the app, I see the charging status (lightning bolt) in red instead of green like it did before.

I have tried a combination of using different charging cables, swapping batteries with cameraas, and even using a different charging adapter that has the correct voltage required.

The end result is the same, red lightning bolt charging icon.

I should mention, this was happening with two of the cameras so far in my test but once I removed the camera from the app and re-sync it, charging seems to work again.

The app doesn't control the charging, it can only report the charging status.

Which does mean that a charger is plugged in, but the battery is not charging.

Is this happening with all your cameras?

Also, can you confirm that these are all VMC4030 (original Pro) models?  If so, the cameras do require a charger that supports Qualcomm QuickCharge.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, all camera's are the VMC4030 models, the original Pro's.  So what I ended up doing was deleting the camera(s) one by one and syncing them back up. Once I synced one camera up, I tried to charge it with the same QC charger and cable that came with the system and voila, its charging green now. I can't explain it but it works now.
