Arlo Pro model VMC4030 Battery is completely dead will not charge

Battery is completely dead will not charge  "changed battery" camera will not work after changing batteries.

Are you using the charging cable and power adapter that came with your Arlo Pro camera kit? What is the LED behavior on the camera?

Yes I am using the orginal charger and cable, the camera will not response in any way.

The camera should run by just being plugged in - do you see any LED activity on the camera when you do so? If not, you can try a different charger from a recent phone that supports 5v and 9v like the Arlo charger.  Any luck?
