Arlo Pro missing movement

In the beginning arlo saw everything now its missing nearly everything and is not even sending mails anymore. I tried reset, reboot, power off for a while, removed and added camera's, changed batteries, reset password, factory default et. cetera but nothing works. From 20 test I can see 3 new entries in the library but no mail is sent. I have 5 cameras, 1 inside, 4 outside. The one inside seems the most reliable the rest is worthless. Please help.
