Arlo Pro isnt sync.

Hi!

I cant connect camera, when put battery in blue blings and nothing else.

Is it possible that program is wiped out totally, camera was out of use some time and battery was completely empty. Battery took power when charged but camera is dead.

I try other battery but same result.

Can I charge basic program to camera again?

Move the camera near the base station with battery removed and externally powered. Try manually resync using the sync button on base and camera. If no joy then use the pc browser to access the arlo web portal to add the camera.

Hi!

I took battery out and put camera to charger feed. Nothing, all dead.

With battery, when put in place blue light make one blink, then nothing. After I teesed camera with battery it started giving double orange blink. I checked battery with other camera and it was full. Sync button in camera doesnt still do anything. One double orange means sync havent gone thru.

How is that manual installation done? Can I do it, or support?

I had similar situation few years back and it needed supports help too.

The manual syncing is by momentarily press the base sync button then press the camera sync button.
If the camera battery is ok then has, points to the camera indeed.

Hi!

Support coutnt help, they can see camera but it doesnt even try sync.

I cleaned battery contacts but if it doesnt work with charger contacts dont matter.

When battery put in or charger plug in blue light blinks one or two times, after that nothing.

If I wiggle battery in base some times orange starts blinking.

Must aggree support, camera is done. Only thing did it was too dead battery, it was inside camera too long and grounded gamera. I think if there is way to load sftware again to camera it coult wake, bit wishfull thinking may that be too..
