Arlo Pro is offline and says need charging. Plugged in to main power 240v. Tried changing cord.

Hoping for advice please.....
My arlo pro camera says it is off-line and battery needs charging. The camera is plugged permanently into mains power 240v . I have tried changing the cord and charger but still doesn’t work.
Would this be a battery or camera problem? I don’t want to buy another battery if this isn’t the issue.
Appreciate any advice.

If you have a Pro camera, the camera requires a qualcom type dual voltage usb adapter ( 5 v and 9v )

the camera will NOT charge on a regular 5v usb adapter.
