Arlo Pro internet keeps going to amber

Just bought the Arlo Pro last week. Everything went smooth as far as set up and installation. After 1 day, the base station internet would switch to amber. In addition, the base station seems to be blocking all my other computers and devices from the wifi, so I have no internet connection to any device in the house unless I disconnect the Arlo base station. I have already completed resets and whatnot as was suggested on this forum. Any idea what to do? I use all NetGear products and never had issues until I plugged in the Arlo.

The base station would not be causing other devices on your network not to have internet access. This sounds like it could be a router/ISP related issue, possibly loss of internet. More in-depth troubleshooting is needed to identify the issue, consider contacting the Arlo support team using the link above to further investigate.
