Had this camera for about 2 weeks. The camera suddenly stopped showing the picture. The live view and recordings are black screen yet the camera still detects motion and sends alerts. Called customer service troubleshoot several things didn't work. They said it was my cable company needed to open several different ports. Cable company seemed puzzled and said I could google how to do this.  This should not be a "thing" on a brand new camera. Has anyone else had this issue? and if so did you figure out how to fix it?

Try a differnt browser first.... I think right now Fire Fox works the best...

 

Also what does the video do when you down load one and play back locally ?

For your original browser, try clearing the cache.

 

Different browsers may well work for you.  As Tom said, he like Firefox while I use Chrome.  YMMV.

It's the same. All black screen. We are using the Arlo app for iPad.

Try a browser.  If that works, it's the app.  You can try flushing the cache for the app or just reinstall it to do the same thing. Consider restarting the iPad, too.  Did that help?
