Hi I am getting notifications on my phone but there are no videos of the notifications, I also have one camera the is not sending notifications

Reboot the base ( power button off,on)

 

if NG, then verify the alerts and modes are correct.

Hi,

I am getting the same issues with our Arlo cameras (note, we don't have the Pro but the issue sounds identical). We're getting notifications most of the time, but not with recordings. This has only started happening since the firmware has been updated. Before this, it all worked perfectly. Please help! We've only had the system for a couple of months so it's pretty disappointing.

Check your modes/rules to be sure they are set up correctly to detect motion and record. If you're using a custom mode, you might try recreating the mode to be sure everything is set up correctly.
