Arlo Pro set up a third camera on it's own

So I have 2 cameras working fine outside, but would like to add a 3rd to keep an eye on my dogs. Obvioulsy if i set it up with the orther cameras it will be sending me an alert e-mail every two minutes when the dogs move. 

Can i have this camera 'stand alone' and just go live now and again to check on the dogs, leaving the other two to pick up any motion detection?

Presently the 2 cameras will not pick up the dogs as they are in a pen out of motion sight...

Yes you can... just create a custom MODE for the other two cameras but don't include the dog cam.

( or turn off the alerts for the dog cam in amred , but it will still record )

If you need all three , you can use the ARMED mode ( all cameras are auto added ) and the new mode when you don't.

Tips.

any camera NOT in the active mode is off

only one mode can run at a time

if you schedule modes, running thru midnight needs to be split ; up to 1159 pm and next day continue 12 midnight to whenever
