I just changed the battry for the camera. and on the app it still appear low battery. i tried same battry on another camera worked well. the camera is flashing yellow light after put battry in. tried to resync the camera doesnt work as well. any idea how we can get this right? thanks.

When you tried this battery in another camera and it worked well, did you try that camera's battery into the camera that blinks yellow? Try holding the battery in place with your thumb rather than with the latch/door and press it in firmly. Does it still blink yellow?

thanks for your reply. yes i did replace the battery from that camera. still blink yellow.  tryed press it in firmly. nothing happend.

Go to the bottom of the page and Contact Support and open a support ticket. It may be a faulty camera. They'll talk you through the process
