Audio noise on my Iphone

I just installed the Arlo Pro system and I'm having an issue with the audio. I get a lot of noise, which sounds like feedback, on my iPhone 7 when I am in the app.  Any suggestions on how to correct?

Are you standing next to the camera? If you are, then you will be getting feedback

No, I even was in a different room.  I spent almost an hour on the phone with tech support to no avail.
