 I got everything hooked up but on the app is says I need firmware update is required for your base station and camera.  I done it many times with no luck.  My cameras work cause I get alerted when thei is motion and I can view the video.  What do I do

Power button recyle the base... click on the update icon if there is one...updates usu happen at late night during server's housecleaning.

 

So.. wait over night.
