Arlo Pro - e-mail notification to Apple phone is dark but actual stream is light

This started happening within last few weeks. My Arlo motion movement e-mail to my Apple phone is very dark and I can't make out what caused the movement.  When i do select the entry the actual footage is very viewable. This seems to happen when dark falls.  I have restarted devices, deleted and readded cameras.

Is the library thumbnail dark as well? If so, this issue has been escalated and engineering is currently investigating.

I am still having the issue. Reinstalled, removed and added cameras.

Yes, thumbnails are dark.

A cloud update was released late last night that resolves this issue. No user interaction is required to see this fix. Please let us know if you continue to experience this issue moving forward.
