This started happening within last few weeks. My Arlo motion movement e-mail to my Apple phone is very dark and I can't make out what caused the movement. When i do select the entry the actual footage is very viewable. This seems to happen when dark falls. I have restarted devices, deleted and readded cameras.

Is the library thumbnail dark as well? If so, this issue has been escalated and engineering is currently investigating.
