Arlo Pro detecting motion but no recordings?

Hi Guys,

I get both push notifications and email alert, and the little icon changes from 0 to 1 next to the camera detecting motion, but when I go to the library there is nothing there!

Any help would be appreciated please.

Do you have an Arlo Smart subscription? Do the videos ever show up eventually? Do you have a filter set in the library?
